How did Carmen become the Women's Hormonal Health Expert?
I'm Carmen, a certified Nutrition and Health Coach specializing in fertility and women's health. I'm Your Ally on the Road to Radiant Reproductive Health Beyond Number on the Scale.
My journey started in Germany, where, despite baffling symptoms and endless doctor visits, I found no relief. From acne to heart palpitations and weight struggles, I suffered in silence until a coeliac disease diagnosis shed light on my troubles. However, my recovery was far from easy, especially after pregnancy. I battled weight gain, body image issues, and the emotional turmoil of infertility.
I empathise deeply with the challenges many women face on their journey to health and motherhood because I've walked that difficult path myself. In my pursuit to lose weight, I battled with binge eating, a struggle that took a toll on both my physical and mental well-being. I understand firsthand how overeating can negatively impact health and body image, and I recognise the courage it takes to confront these issues.
In my quest for healing, I became a certified Nutrition & Health Coach and Mindfulness Expert. Trained in NLP, Hypnotherapy, and Meditation, I combine these techniques to support women facing fertility challenges. I believe in harnessing your body's natural healing power without medical intervention, and I've created a holistic approach to maximize your chances of natural conception.
All of my personal experiences fuel my commitment to helping others overcome similar obstacles. I believe in fostering a compassionate and understanding environment, acknowledging the complexity of weight struggles.
