How soon will I see results?
We're all different. You may notice improvements in energy, cycles, and symptoms within weeks when following the program consistently. However, Carmen cannot guarantee any outcomes, and improvements vary.
I'm over 40.
Most women here are 35–45. The question is the same at any age: what's affecting your fertility, and what to focus on next.
Can I join if I’m not trying to conceive yet?
Yes! The program is designed to optimize hormonal health for both immediate and future fertility.
When can I start the Fertility Program?
Anytime. The program is self-paced, flexible, and available immediately after you join.
Do all plans include live coaching?
No.

What time are the live group calls (Guidance & 1:1 Care only)?

Mondays 5:30 a.m. AEDT (Sun 12:30 a.m. PDT / 3:30 p.m. EDT / 7:30 p.m. BST)

Each call runs ~20 min of meditation plus 60 min of open Q&A. Replays are available.
What changes on 9 December 2026?
The programme is being restructured and the pricing with it. Anyone who joins before the 9th keeps their current rate for as long as they stay.
When will I get pregnant?
I can’t tell you that and no ethical practitioner should promise you a timeline. Every woman and every fertility journey is different. Some women need a few months of support, others may stay with us for 6–12 months or longer. Our focus is on understanding your body, supporting what we can influence, and helping you know what to focus on next.
Are blood work reviews or email support included?

Guidance: includes up to 6 coach-to-client emails per month + written lab insights (up to 5 files).

1:1 Care: includes personalised deep-dive assessments and tailored recommendations as part of your private coaching.
Is this program suitable if I have PMOS or endometriosis?
Yes. The Fertility Circle provides tailored strategies to support PCOS, endometriosis, insulin resistance, thyroid challenges, and nutrient deficiencies.
Is the program suitable for vegans or vegetarians?

Vegans: The program is not designed for vegans, as our nutritional approach emphasises animal-derived foods and nutrients.

Vegetarians and pescatarians: You are welcome to participate, but please be aware that Carmen strongly advocates for animal-based nutrition, particularly meat, as part of her fertility-focused approach. A vegetarian protein substitution guide is available, but not all recipes and protocols have vegetarian alternatives.
What happens after I sign up?
You’ll receive immediate access to the Fertility Program, on-demand resources, and community.
