Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter: Carmen Mair, trading as Carmen Mair (32044854723), located in Victoria, Australia.

2. Prize: One (1) free seat to the In-Person Fertility Circle Workshop held in Melbourne (value $297 AUD). The prize covers entry to the workshop only. Travel, accommodation, and any other costs are not included.

3. Eligibility:

   • Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

   • Entrants must submit their name and email via the official form.

   • One entry per person unless additional entries are specified in writing by the promoter.

   • Employees, contractors, or direct family members of the promoter are not eligible to enter.

4. Entry Period: Entries close at 6:00 pm AEDT on 14th of December 2025 (or adjusted date if finalized differently).

5. Winner Selection:

   • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

   • The draw will take place within 24 hours of the closing date.

   • The winner will be notified via email. If the winner does not confirm attendance within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.

6. Workshop Date: The workshop is scheduled for 7th of December 2025 in Melbourne (venue TBC). If the date is changed, the winner will be notified and the prize will transfer to the new date.

7. No Cash Alternative: The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

8. Data Use:

   • By entering, you agree to receive emails from Carmen Mair / The Fertility Circle related to the workshop and fertility support services.

   • You may unsubscribe at any time.

   • Your personal information will be handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Cancellation or Changes: The promoter reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or amend the giveaway or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, including minimum attendance requirements or venue restrictions.

10. Acceptance: Entry into the giveaway indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
