Workshop details

When: Saturday, 7th December 2025 — 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm (includes a 30-minute break)
Where: Revolver Lane — 231 Chapel Street, Prahran VIC 3181
Group size: Intimate — limited to 12 women

What happens next

Check your email now (and your spam/promotions folder) for a message from admin@carmenmair.com with your receipt and important logistics.
If you don’t see it within 15 minutes, email us at admin@carmenmair.com and we’ll sort it.
We’ll send a reminder email and a map/parking tips one week before the workshop, and a final reminder the day before.

What to bring

• A notebook & pen for notes and reflections
• A water bottle
• Wear comfortable clothes you can move and breathe in — we’ll do gentle nervous-system practices (no strenuous exercise)
• An open heart — this is a compassionate, judgement-free space

Practical notes & policy

• Snacks and water will be available. If you have dietary needs, please bring what you prefer.
• Tickets are non-refundable. If you can’t make it, you may transfer your seat to another woman by emailing admin@carmenmair.com. Please notify us as early as possible.
• If your payment receipt is required for tax or reimbursement, the confirmation email includes all details.
